1. Do you work with all book genres?
We work with all genres except erotica, explicit sexual content, and LGBTQ+ romance. If such content is submitted by mistake, your order will be fully refunded.
2. How quickly will I receive my reviews?
We prioritize quality and account safety over speed. While promo codes are redeemed, reviews are posted gradually according to a strategic schedule. This approach protects your account and maintains your audiobook’s credibility.
3. How can I get updates on my order?
After placing your order, you’ll receive a live tracking spreadsheet to monitor progress. This sheet is updated biweekly. If you need additional information between updates, our WhatsApp support team is always available to assist.
4. What is your refund policy?
You can request a refund for any undistributed access codes. If distribution has already started, a partial refund will be issued for any codes that have not yet been distributed.
To process a refund, you must inform us as soon as possible. Our internal team will verify the number of undistributed codes and calculate the exact refund amount accordingly.
Alternatively, you may choose to convert any remaining balance into credit and use it for future audiobook campaigns.
5. How many US and UK codes can I order per title?
You can submit as many promo codes as Audible allows: a maximum of 50 US codes and 50 UK codes per title. You may start with the first set of 25 US and 25 UK codes, and once Audible provides the second set, you can submit those as well. The second set is distributed slightly slower than the first to maintain optimal account safety.
6. Do you charge different rates for single books versus bundles?
No. Our pricing is fixed regardless of whether you order for a single book, a bundle, or based on audiobook length.
7. How do I track my payments and prepaid balance?
For bulk orders, you will receive a live spreadsheet with a detailed payment breakdown. This allows you to see exactly how much credit has been used for each book and your remaining balance.
8. How many reviews should I expect each month?
The number of reviews depends on factors such as book length and topic. Single books typically receive 15–20 reviews per month, while bundles and longer books, may receive 5–15 reviews per month. These numbers are approximate and not guaranteed.
9. Is there a deadline to use my bulk order?
No. Prepaid credits do not expire, so you can use your bulk order at your own pace without any time restrictions.
10. If I submit all 100 codes per title, how many reviews do you guarantee?
We guarantee that at least 85% of redeemed codes will result in reviews. Our team works diligently until the final code is distributed, targeting 100% completion whenever possible. Any unredeemed codes after the initial round may be redistributed to maximize your review count.
